Hi, I’m Michele ~ plant-based health coach, longtime physical therapist, and founder of Wellness Empowered.
For more than 35 years, I’ve worked with people on their wellness journeys ~ first as a PT in rehab and long-term care, and now as a coach, helping people use plant-based eating to support their health before it ever reaches a crisis point.
